Booking and Payment Terms

  • Booking: To secure your date, a 30% non-refundable deposit is kindly required at the time of booking. This ensures your spot is reserved exclusively for you.
  • Final Payment:
    • Group Bookings (3 or more clients for weddings, Sweet 16s, or similar events): To help us prepare everything smoothly for your special day, the remaining balance is kindly requested 48 hours before the event.
    • All Other Services (or bookings with fewer than 3 clients): The remaining balance may be settled on the day of the service, once everything is complete.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Zelle, Venmo, credit card, or cash.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Vianca Beauty, we know plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. To ensure fairness for all clients, please keep the following in mind:

  • Individual Appointments (1 person): Cancel at least 7 days in advance to avoid a 35% fee.
  • Small Groups (2 people): Cancel at least 14 days in advance to avoid a 35% fee.
  • Large Groups (3+ people): Cancel at least 21 days in advance to avoid a 35% fee.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: Non-refundable.

✨ Rescheduling is always possible (based on availability) when notice is given within the timeframes above.
