Booking and Payment Terms

Booking: To reserve a service, a deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking.
Payment: The remaining balance for bride or bridal party needs to be pay no later than 24 hours before the event.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, Credit Cards or Cash.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Vianca Beauty, we value your time—and ours. To provide the best possible service to all our clients, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Individual Appointments (1 Person)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the appointment will incur a 35% cancellation fee.

Small Group Appointments (2 People)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will incur a 35% cancellation fee.

Large Group Appointments (3 or More People)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 21 days in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 21 days in advance will incur a 35% cancellation fee.

Refunds

  • Any eligible refunds will be issued minus applicable cancellation fees.
  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
  • Refund processing time may take up to 5–7 business days.

Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must follow the same notice periods listed above to avoid fees.
